Hello, my friends call me Lek...

I've Loved Cooking since I was 12 years Old

I grew up in a small village in Thailand and my favorite activity was cooking as a family using local spices & ingredients.

My sister went on to become an executive Chef in San Paolo Brazil and has always mentored & encouraged me to pursue my passion of cooking Thai food.

Cooking Thai food for family & friends makes me very happy as it brings people together and spreads joy. This has inspired me to share my favourite Thai dishes with my local community.

My sister’s name translates into “SKY” which is how the name “SKYY THAI” comes from.

I look forward to sharing my Thai Food with you all soon.
